Interview
Met with partner, director and managing consultant in a panel format discussion. Ask basic behavioral questions such as what is a strength? what is one of your weaknesses? No technical components of the interview.
Initial behavioural interview. Second round interview with case study, two hours to work and then present and answer questions. Not very challenging case, but they push you with the questions.
It was a fun interview process and I had a great time going through it. Being transparent and up front went a long way. I hope whoever is going through it soon, doesn't stress and just does their best.
