Process consisted of a recruiter call followed by 3 rounds of interviews. Final interview was onsite. Process spanned 6 weeks. All interview rounds were with same participants. Communication was ok throughout. Hiring manager was unprepared. Interviews lacked real agenda. Participants were respectful and engaged. I was an employee referral and company never followed up after final interview. General disorganization felt disrespectful of candidate’s time.
