Interview
Quick on the phone interview about myself. Very kind and straightforward. I was able to make an appointment online. After the phone you see if you will get an in person interview.
I applied on indeed and they got back to me quickly. I had a phone screening the following week which was pretty relaxed. After that was a lot of tests including a personality test, a cognitive test, a writing sample, and another application. My interview was a panel interview with the manager, VP, and President. It was over google teams, even though we are all based in the same city. Interview was very loose and they didn't have a lot of good questions for me. I felt like I was leading it which was weird. Overall, the process took around 4 weeks. It's a lot to go through for a job that pays $22/hour.

The first step is a phone screening. I applied through Indeed, and they responded very quickly. They send an automated form to pick a time to interview. The interviewer was very prompt and relaxed.
Next came the battery of tests: a writing sample, the Wonderlic cognitive and personality test, and a standard application form.
