Hutchinson Community College interview questions

discussed job duties, pay and benifits, what the job duties would be, communicating with students, how many hours and what days I would be working, what I would be doing in the summer, when college was closed

Completed lengthy application. Two months later received interview. Two weeks later was offered the job. The interviewees included the VP, Director, HR person, all of those working in the department- 3 others. The Interview took approximately 1 hour. I was then given a tour of the office and they described the work environment. I was encouraged to ask questions and able to talk freely with current staff.
