Interview
Very positive call with members of the management team. Felt they were very fair and friendly on the call. My availability/plans didn’t work out with the role but I enjoyed the conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA in Apr 2025
Interview
First interview was over the phone. The process to select a day and time for the interview was super easy and quick. I was very nervous for the over the phone interview but Kia was very sweet and calmed down quickly. Once the interview was done, i waitied about two weeks for a response. I received a call to book an interview store interview and was also an easy process. I really liked how the in store interview went. I also liked that we were in an office/presentation room which helped my mind focus better. Two days later, I received a call saying i got the job. Kia was super nice once again and talked about the next steps and what to expect. Overall, i really liked the interview process from beginning to end.
