You get a initial screening call in which recruiter does approx 30 mins discussion . That’s your one round. Second round is being taken by Director of recruitment. After this round there would be 2-3 more rounds, for which they take approximately months. While initiating the discussion the recruiter would tell you that we want to finish entire process in one week only and we won’t take much time but reality is exactly opposite. They take 2 weeks time at least for each round. I have 3 rounds of interviews and gap in reach round was at least 1 week to 2 weeks. Worst part is their recruiter is not even bothered to give you a feedback about interviews you had. Literally candidate has to seek feedback. Otherwise they are least bothered to share feedback. Overall experience I would say was worst because they do not value candidate and their timing.

The Interview Process was very smooth, and I was kept aware of all the activities during the process. The HR kept me aware of all the updates during the process.
