Interview
Very easy interview. Basically hm is explaining what they do here, and want to know if you have a sense of research, or interested in what they are doing. Then you are casually introduced to the team to briefly chatting with team members. There are not any hard questions, but in general, they just want to know more about your past experience in research.
Fairly standard, spoke directly to the PI of the lab I was interested in and was asked about past lab experience, familiarity with the field the lab was part of, and comfort with various wet lab skills.
