The Job was with two person. One person was from HR and one from the Service Delivery unit. After few minutes I understand that the person from the Unit and probable future Co worker was unprepared. Even that was notified a week ago for our meeting , it seems that read my CV for first time. The entire conversation was a screening of my CV and asking details for exact dates and was confused due that I have parallel projects and assignments.... No questions regarding my Soft Skills or my Hard skills or anything related how can contribute with my experience but only remarks regarding my CV. I was to polite to admit that I need to re write my CV because I didn't include all my assignments . The HR representative doesn't have the opportunity to act for his role due the questions from the department representative. Advice to the management: Leave the HR to do his job . The questions from the department need to be after a conversation with the candidate and not "examination " line by line to his CV. The Job interview was panel with two company representatives. The questions need to be addressed after a conversation with the candidate and not "examination " line by line to his CV as project plan or spreadsheet.
