J D Wetherspoon Cleaner interview questions

It was quite informal and took place at a table within the pub. The interviewers asked me a few pages of questions that were mainly simple and easy to answer.

Interview was about 10 minutes. The manager who interviewed me was lovely! We had a laugh and the questions were relatively simple to answer e.g., past work experience, what would you bring to the team, why is cleanliness important. It was quick, friendly and they offer you a free drink. Couldn’t have asked for a better interview!
