Call with recruitment team then 1st interview with hiring manager. No 2nd interview. Offer was given following first interview. I have been told that they do carry out 2nd interviews but depending on the role
Technical Test for an hour, focus on knowledge in engineering, similar to the mid-term test in university, not really difficult. And debate section for 10 mins on the trending controversy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2026
Interview
They emailed to schedule an interest call. The call lasted about 30 mins. The questions were pretty basic questions like why jacobs, why this job, my interest & background, etc.
Online call with two staff members. One would have been my manager and the other is a team mate. It was very direct but hard to know what they were seeking at some point.
