Interview
Really laid back. Took me out to lunch. They just want to see that you’re eager to learn and if you would be a good fit for the team (someone that seems good to be around).
Phone screen was very typical. Prepare for those “describe a time” scenarios. After passing the phone screen interview, a meeting with the team was schedule via teams. For this one in particular, they’re doing more of the explaining when it comes to the role. Be yourself, especially if it’s an entry position. They want to know if you’d be a good fit for the team so definitely answer all the questions with examples and ask questions.
The interview process was pretty standard; they just asked about experience, handling conflict, and time management. They rotate you between. two teams within the hour and they ask about your software skills
