3-4 steps involved. Training is helpful. Good start for anyone who doesn't know where to begin. However, sounds like they recruit pretty much around the year, so not sure if there is any problem internally.
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
