The process started with a Video interview to start with initially then an in person interview later in the process. I met with the academic dean and I was also introduced to the campus president.
Phone interview followed by a teams interview and then a 10 minute "demo" related to the field. The interview process is very thorough. The education supervisor did an excellent job.
The hiring manager called me to discuss my resume and vocational history. I found it strange that the manager called without first reaching out to schedule a time. This did afford me much time to prepare for the interview. I was then invited to give a 10-15 minute presentation with faculty.
