Littler Mendelson put me through a two stage interview process like most law firms of their size. First, a screener which lasted nearly 20 minutes with two shareholders. This was a base level interview asking the typical why us questions. They also asked questions about what made me interested in Labor and Employment and what prior experience I had in the field. They also conducted a call back interview with three shareholders lasting less than an hour where they opened the floor for conversation and any questions I had about them and the firm.
