Interview
Great interview! Nice people at the office and they explained what they were looking for. It was a straightforward interview. They were also respectful and honest with the expectations of the job and the responsibilities.
Standard interview process for most large law firms. Interviewers spent a great deal of time discussing some of writing samples with me and getting into the nuts and bolts of certain positions, presumably to assess ability to analyze on the fly. Overall, good interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Littler Mendelson in Mar 2023
Interview
There were five 20-30 minutes interviews with two lawyers in each interview, generally a shareholder and an associate. It was more of a casual, personality type of interview rather than super substantive. They mostly wanted to get to know me and understand my interest in joining the firm.
