Two phone interviews and two face-to-face interviews. Asked about my previous experience, why I left, would I be comfortable being at a desk 8-10 hours a day after traveling so much for so many years. Explained the function of the position I was interviewing for and said my work experience and profile fit their desires extremely well. I took a personality profile assessment and felt really good about the results as I fit into the four areas they look to hire recruiters. They offered me the position after my last interview, which was set up for me to think about whether I wanted this position after the prior interview.
