Interview
An interview process with much stress on technology and project management. The interview date was communicated by the company's Human resource manager a couple of days' in advance. The interview itself took place for close to two hours with the department head asking open ended questions pertaining to both technical and personal things. The outcome of interview was not communicated properly as HR was slow. Again, it required constant pushing from the department head. Finally there was the salary negotiation that went for two rounds before the company giving me the offer letter. HR WAS PAINSTAKINGLY SLOW AND WAS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT... that was proven true even after me joining the company.
