I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mahindra (Pune) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was a campus drive, processes were:
1. APTI
2. GD
3. PI
4. PSYCHOMETRIC TEST
5. FINAL PI with senior management.
Aptitude was quite easy, GD depends on the applicants but try to initiate and just speak whatever is in your mind. We got 5 mins for GD And there were 12 students in the GD.
PI was normal, it takes only 3-4 mins.
Psychometric was as usual.
The most important and the Toughest part of process final PI. They can ask anything but all was related to current news and trends. But don't get stressed just tell them whatever you know about it.
Written Test, GD, PI were the main part of the complete process, everything was completed in one single day. Questions were majorly related to past experiences, management concepts, Internship and ambitions.
