I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Manpower (Mountain Home, AR) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was very easy ! I had no issues with the one giving the interview. It is very simple, they ask questions you have to answer ! It is not hard at all !
I first completed an initial screening where my resume and qualifications were reviewed. Next, I attended a detailed interview to discuss my technical skills and project experiences. Finally, a third meeting focused on the contractual terms, where we negotiated the scope of work and compensation.

Question 1
Can you describe a challenging project you worked on in the past, what difficulties you faced, and how you overcame them?
Not a good interview process for temp work, I was not very happy. I was put under pressure made to wait which was long. Was rushed throughout the process.
