I had a phone screen with a recruiter which was what you might expect. I then moved to an interview with the hiring manager. That interview was weird. The interviewer was clearly working from home and it would have been much more professional for that person to use a filter or blur their background. Additionally, the interviewer had the charisma of a stone. There was no energy and totally turned me off to the position and company. Big pharma continues to rest on their laurels while smaller companies work circles around them. I hear that Merck is having another massive layoff so it's just as well that I withdrew my application. Get over yourself Merck, you're not that special anymore and will struggle immensely without Keytruda exclusivity going forward.

Simple process: the first contact with the HR and Then interview with the Hiring Manager. No special comment, however I really appreciated the feedback process after interview, with comment that sounded real and personalized through a phone call . Appreciated it
Plus de 3-4 mois pour une décision, la RH a quitté le poste sans m'avertir de la réponse négative. Manager très sympa et professionnel, 2 entretien par teams + 1 sur site.
