Question 1

They asked what are the top three attributes of an ideal company that I want to work at. They also asked about how I deal with conflicts with coworkers and supervisor.

Interview
Phone screen with recruiter & 2 hiring managers. Hiring managers could've sent a more concise feedback, instead of an automated rejection as I took my time out to interview. Recruiting process can be improved.

Interview
Initial phone screening with HR, hiring manager solo interview, then 3-4 hours of panel interview + a presentation. All interviews conducted on Teams. Zero feedback, just an automated rejection email. From application to rejection took 3 months, and the role is now being reposted via contracting companies instead. Complete waste of time.
