Standard questions - all from a set list the interviewers were given beforehand. Questions like 'Give an example where you improved a process''Greatest strength/weakness' etc, very standard questions, not difficult. But they were looking for someone with more process specific experience (I had none, don't know how I got the interview)
The interview went well. I had 4 interviewers. The interview started casually and then proceed to the questions and answers more formally. The interview took around 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes consisted of me asking questions about the company, the interviewer, and the interviewers seemed to be pleased with the questions asked.

Interview
They called unnoticed and asked specific technical questions. This was one of numerous jobs I was waiting to hear back from so I was not aware of their key terms. I understand this is my fault, but I also felt it was a little unprofessional to give a phone interview with no notice.
