I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview started 30 minutes later than scheduled, which already gave a bad first impression. To my suprise, the interview was conducted in a group setting with multiple candidates and only one interviewer, where each person took turns answering questions. This format made it difficult for quieter candidates to stand out, while more outspoken individuals could dominate the session. If there were many applicants, it would have been more efficient to filter candidates earlier rather than organizing a shared interview. I would have preferred not being shortlisted at all over attending an interview that felt like waste of my time.
Note: The interview was conducted in Malaysia, while the interviewers were from Taiwan.

Interview
The people I talked with were very nice. The interview was moderately difficult, I knew most things. I say that because during my second interview was very technical, were the first one was just saying hi.
Interview online through zoom with the hiring manager. It was about 1 hour and mainly just asked things on my resume. A recruiter called back a couple of days later with the offer.
