NVR Administrative Assistant interview questions

This was the worst experience. I was extremely disappointed for a company like NVR/Ryan Homes especially since I have always wanted to work for this company. The recruiter reached out to me for my availability to schedule a phone interview. I responded within a few hours and never heard back. I followed up about a week later and was told they offered someone the position and were waiting for their acceptance. It would have been appreciated to let me know especially since this was early on in the pandemic. A few months later the same position opened up again. I applied and reached out to the same recruiter stating my interest. I had an initial phone screen but did not go any further than that. However, over six months later the position is still open. I understand not being selected for the role but given the current job market and how many candidates are out there it’s disappointing to see that this position is still open when there are people who are truly interested in finding a job.
