Disgustingly unprofessional. I was offered an interview from a representative scheduled for the following week. Half a week later, this interview was cancelled with the addendum "After further review of your resume and qualifications, we have determined that we will not be moving forward". This is either means they didn't actually read it the first time, or changed their minds on it the second time without having ever actually spoken to me, both of which are highly disrespectful of my time. These were not automated responses, a real person had to write an email to me for both the interview offer and the cancelation. I am honestly shocked.
