Interview
WORST HRs
The interview process had 2 rounds one online and one F2F onsite at their GGN office which feels like is in a different country. Though I do not have any complaints about the interviewers but the HR in the HR discussion was highly rude and unprofessional, these people god knows how many HRs were part of it because it was like a relay race , one HR would call to ask expectation and then another would call to follow up and then a totally different one would get into your HR discussion. These people do not have efficient management within themselves only , they do not follow up with candidate about their revised expectations incase the candidate has received competing offers or not and basis their half baked understanding they won't give you an offer letter given that you invested so much time in their interview process and cleared all rounds successfully.
