The interview process was extremely chaotic. The hiring manager contacted me directly and cut the recruiter out of the process because she doesn't like her own recruiters. That was a serious red flag and I should have withdrawn immediately but I continued anyway to see what would happen. There was a technical interview with 2 engineers, neither of which put in any preparation.
