Firstly, scheduling the interviews was a challenge from the start. The interviewer rescheduled three times, which I found to be unprofessional and frustrating. This lack of organization reflected poorly on the company's commitment to respecting candidates' time and schedules.
After completing the interviews, I was informed that I would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of my application. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The process ended up taking three weeks, during which time I was left waiting for an update.
