I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, we were asked to upload a recorded video to questions with unlimited thinking time and takes. Questions were not too hard, it was done by Hirevue
interviewed through hirevue which was awful. Only gave you 1-3 minutes to prepare and did not allow retries. they asked multiple behavioral questions and i believe it was only 3 questions
I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program and interviewed specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview was only 1 round (after a digital hirevue) and was entirely behavioral (they might have changed the format since)
