After a one-hour screening call, I went through two interviews with senior team members. While the questions initially centered around my work experience, the interviewers often dug deeper, especially into how I handled conflict. They were looking for responses that demonstrated alignment with their core values.
Nice interview, timely feedback, i really enjoyed the process. the interviewers were well prepared, professional, and friendly. They were flexible with scheduling too. There were cognitive tests as well as behavioral questions.
