a recruiter called me and tell me about the job from PwC. The job matched my skill very well. It is actually exactly what I have been working on. I have 3 to 4 years experience in IT industry. A feedback from my recruiter saying that "no interview". because I don't have a computer science degree. I have a master degree in information management related major and most of my courses were computer related. Plus 3 year's experiences as an IT developer. I am pretty sure I am at least qualified for an interview ! What I can say is PwC is a narrow minded company
