I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PwC (Bengaluru) in Feb 2021
Interview
There were two rounds, first round is from AML expert and second round is from Ops manager. Both rounds went very well. I was given a great feedback. But, no response received after 2nd round. When asked HR, she said candidature is on hold. All fake. This is such a worst company that needs no reasons to reject candidates. I was given great feedback on my manager round interview but never got a callback from PwC. This happened to like 15-20 people I know. They are not hiring for sure. They simply conducts interviews for the namesake and rejects. Worst experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PwC (Columbia, SC) in Feb 2016
Interview
It involves 2 round first is about your technical skills and second the Group discussion in which they ask same questions to all candidates followed by case study.i would say the process is lengthy though informative for your knowledge but worse part is there is no clarity as I gave fabulous answers and all panel members appreciated my answers but its discrimination that they don't take you even after giving all positive feedback not appreciated from a big four like this they need to be more ethical in diversity.

Interview
I got a screening call from a PwC about two and a half months ago. The guy asked me about my experience and basically matched up what I told him with my resume and the job posting. A month and a half later I got a call from a PwC recruiter, who introduced himself as "____ from PwC" which isn't exactly true: he's a contract recruiter FOR PwC (more on that down below).
Anyway, he called to explain the job and gave me a salary range (after I asked). He said someone from the PwC office would contact me for an interview time and date, and I got an email that afternoon to set up a time and date to come in.
The first round consisted of an "intro" presentation by a PwC partner to myself and four other candidates. Then an assistant took each of us to a small office, where PwC staff rotated interviewing us (~30 minutes/interview).
I got a call back the next day to come in for the final interview and told me to take two online tests that they emailed me. The final round consisted of me and a few other candidates sitting for a group interview with five PwC staffers and it lasted about an hour. Then they brought in a breakfast to eat and a few of the interviewers left, while a few more came in. The second half of this interview lasted ~45 minutes and was a PwC partner presenting us with a case study and we basically had to treat it like he was the client and we were the consultants, while the rest of the PwC staff in the room observed us.
I got a call two days later from the recruiter that initially set up the first interview and he said that they "really wanted" me....and then offered me almost the minimum for the hiring range the recruiter initially told me about. The salary offered is pretty pathetic (considering they are only interviewing experienced people for this job) and though you are free to negotiate, do not expect them to come up more than $1k. The recruiter kept telling me how much they wanted me, though their offer and counter-offer say otherwise. From my own experience with contract recruiters, they get paid based on how many of their leads actually get hired at these firms, so I think he was looking more for a commission rather than what was best for me. They're free to try and get something for nothing, but I'm also free to say "no."
