The interview process is excellent. 1 hour interview full of information. The hiring manager is very professional. I also have completed a test as well after the interview. The test is bit difficult but the interview session run smoothly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Availability to work remotely and work independently.
It was simple. The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I applied by sending her my CV. There was a screening, followed by a translation assessment, and then the final interview with 2 managers. It was not so difficult.
Although the entire process was rather simple and nice, I was really unhappy with how they handled the situation after giving me a verbal offer. They told me they would wait for me to get a visa, and even checked on me a few times. But by the time I finally got my visa, they told me they were not hiring externally anymore because of the hiring freeze. They had more than 3 months to say this, but they said it right after I told them I got my visa. And then they offered me to work as a freelance translator for them.
I'll avoid this company at all costs!

Interview
