First round interview was a 15-minute webconference (MS Teams) with 2 peers from the team. They asked some basic questions and gave time for me to ask questions of my own. Both interviewers seemed disinterested and gave the impression that they did not enjoy their roles. The position was reposted shortly after and again several months later, suggesting that they have trouble identifying and retaining qualified candidates.
