They had plans to complete an integration, my entire assessment was based around their requirements. Highlighting deficiencies, and making industry best practice recommendations. The interview process was very thorough, but they were a new team attempting to create a new hiring process. The hiring process was an offshoot of one of the managers previous experience working at amazon. The process became very effective for employees coming in after me.
