Interview
Individual most show that they are asset to company and be productive at current role of single unit LP Manager. LP Metrics most be and stay above 100% and score above a 4.0 on annual review. MAnager most demonstrate leadership characteristics and have the support of the Store General Manager, District Store Manager and District LP Manager. Once this is obtained he/she will enter the program by interviewing with Regional LP Director. The program length is 12 months.
