Multistep process that starts with a remote interview that you record answers to questions. If you pass that they interview you in person. The interview was a basic interview with multiple people asking questions, I had 2 people in my meeting. They asked the typical interview questions, but mostly just talked about how great a place to work Shipt was. I think they talked more about their jobs then they asked me questions, lol.

It was okay, i liked it enjoyable and nice and all, all in one . It was fairly easy too and not too bad, I passed easily and wowed everyone , they all liked me and offered on the spot
Easy and on time interview. Expectations communicated up front and easy questions to understand if i was a correct fit for the job. Easy process of virtual log on to the account as well
