Applied online. Had a phone interview. Then a live interview. It was very straight forward. I had an offer within a few days after that as well. They official onboarding process took about 2 weeks to start the job.
Phone interview with HR 1st then conducted sales test online. In person interview with regional manager at a remote location. Declined offer due to no car allowance and the commission package.
