I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SpaceX (Hawthorne, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process included three online interviews, with the first covering behavioral and technical experiences, and the following focusing on technical questions. That was followed by an on-site interview, with a presentation on a previous project to a team of engineers and individual one-on-one interviews with the engineers.
Technical interview, pretty simple beam questions. Interview with lead engineer was about different machining/bonding techniques. Not a bad process. The recruiter was pretty responsive. Did not get another interview after interview with lead.
