Slow and overly complex. Slow responsiveness. Process wasn’t clear. Seemed like they had a lot going on their side which makes sense with the latest news that they have let people go
The interview process was several rounds, 3 over Zoom and then about 4 people in person after a case study. It was a little disorganized, didn’t seem like HR and hiring team were fully communicating, and scheduling was not great.

Good interview process - structured, fair, and designed to identify the best candidate for the role while providing a positive experience for both the interviewer and the candidate. Expectations were clear and I got to meet multiple layers of the team

They asked about culture, there was a case interview, and more
