I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Starbucks (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2025
Interview
I applied online, then I reached out to the recruiter and they set up an interview with me. After the interview I had an interview with two DMs. The first interview was a 30 minute phone interview, the second was a one hour video interview. The DMs asked a lot of follow up questions to the STAR answers, even though I answered them thoroughly. I have plenty of experience for the position and the recruiter called me personally to tell me they had moved in a different direction which I appreciated.
