I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Steven Winter Associates (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
I applied a couple of months ago online.
Received an e-mail 3 months later from HR asking if I was still interested. They set up a phone interview with an engineering manager.
The interview was fine, and they said they'd be in touch within a week, which never happened. I followed up later with the interviewer through e-mail but received nothing back.
I later found out by chance that the position had been filled.
You'd expect that after interviewing with an engineering manager you'd at least get an automated rejection e-mail that you haven't been selected, but they choose to just ghost you.
