Group hype session about how great it is to work there and possibilities for perks, a tour of the call floor, a couple current employees told us what they liked about their jobs, finished up by a panel interview of what seemed to be the meanest people they had in the building. The tone shift was shocking.

What is one example of a time when you had to think on your feet to solve an unexpected problem?
After completing a phone interview there was an in person interview.There were two people doing the interview one person asked the questions the other took notes. It didn't last long and they were very nice.
Easy interview process. The recruiter was nice and hiring managers were all easy to talk to. I met with some team members and received an offer same week. Overall great experience

Tell me about yourself and how you handle tough situations
Very easy it was a in person interview. You are walked thru the call center. You meet a few manager while doing your interview. Prepare yourself to be engaged.the question are very easy.
