Easy. Just have to pass a mock phone call and answer a few questions. If you worked in one call center you have worked in them all. It's really a simple process

I can't remember the exact question but it was somewhere along the lines of explain a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it and what was the outcome
They just checked to see if you are up beat and can follow basic instructions. They seemed to take almost anyone and appeared to want people that could be manipulated or molded
