Group Interview, then was selected to stay back for one-on-one with 2 managers. Was asked a broad array of questions. Called within the week to come in for a paid trial shift and training to begin.
The group interview was done at Target's head office at Williams Landing. There were roughly 8-12 tables with 4-6 people on each table. A question scenario question was asked and each person had to present their answer. I think we were given an object and were asked 'how can we use this object differently' to show how we can think outside the box.
