Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (Danbury, CT) in Nov 2023
Interview
Everything is online, nothing in the interview has anything to do with Starbucks or food safety for that matter. I believe that the interviews are very similar for most base positions.
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
It was good. The hiring manager was nice but it not overly so. It was a typically interview. If in a pinch,I’d probably reapply. Quick, mostly an online process. Make sure to be consistent and on them.
