i felt the interviewers were fair and friendly and the questions were straightforward, the competency questions were challenging but i got good feedback. we had to send in our cv and then we were invited to do an online competency test before being invited to interview
They called me on Zoom and asked me how I would deal with a variety of different scenarios. I asked about hours I would be working and departments that I would be potentially working in.
Asked a few questions about why I want to work there including availability. Asked what I think would contribute to the team and my how my previous experiences would prepare me for the role
Streamlined, fairly easy. 3 lots of interviews with different levels of management. Great opportunity for graduates or people looking for a low stress role. I enjoyed the process of the interviews i just had a better offer
