Straight forward usual interview techniques but twice I have interviewed for a store local to me and although I have loads of retail experience did not get the job - took a one elsewhere in the end for another retailer. Think head office select you for interview but then the manager looks like they are just going through the motions with interview and not really interested. Even though worked for tesco before and know all the rules and procedures still dont get job!

easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to invlolved a tour around the department asked about my availability and previous work experience lovely place to work and would work here again
