Easy. they called me in for an interview, asked me some pretty basic questions about my job history and availability and offered me a job on the spot. We also did all my onboarding in the same meeting. I was prepared for a more formal interview, but it was super easy. I think if I walked in and didn't say a word they would hire me.
Really simple. Asked me questions about myself and my experience. I told them I didn’t have any experience with home improvement and that wasn’t a problem. Maybe about 15 minutes and I was hired on the spot.
The interview was very quick , I got hired on the spot the company is great for teenagers who is looking for something flexible , great pay and benefits . I would recommend this company 100 percent
