I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Hope Center (Vienna, VA) in Nov 2013
Interview
The company was newly formed, and it was sort of a cattle-call interview. There were groups of 10 interviewed every day for two weeks. It was a little intimidating just because of the sheer volume of people. You really got a sense for how competitive it would be. The interviews themselves were brief but informative and thorough.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Hope Center (Williamsburg, VA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Phone interview, followed by working interview, and proceeding to 90 day probationary period. Manager was fantastic and flexible, as was the 1:1 working interview. The experience made me feel comfortable and confident in the ability to integrate into a new environment. The staff was amazed by and kind. I look forward to joining their team.
